OUR VISION
The Mission of B & B Care Services is to empower individuals and families to identify the supports and services needed to achieve the quality of life they desire. We achieve our Mission by using resources to arrange, coordinate, and provide quality, person driven supports in a flexible, professional manner for the purpose of enhancing the lives of people wherever they are or want to be.
The Vision of B & B Care Services is a community in which individuals and their families are supported to live where they choose and have the supports needed to live life to the fullest. We accomplish our Vision by arranging, coordinating and/or providing premier comprehensive services.
B&B Care Services, Inc is proud to CARF Accredited. The mission of CARF is to promote the quality, value, and optimal outcomes of services through a consultative accreditation process and continuous improvement services that center on enhancing the lives of persons served.
Availability
Services and staff are available twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. Regular office hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 A.M. to 5:00 P.M. excluding holidays (New Years Day, Martin Luther King Day or St. Patrick's Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Veterans Day, Thanksgiving Day, the Day after Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, and Christmas Day.) The office may be contacted during regular business hours by calling (912) 754-0817 or toll free at (855) 754-0817.
After Hours
For after hours contact or to request agency-specific information, a staff member is on call seven days per week and is accessed by calling the Administrator at (912) 754-0817 and leaving a voice mail message or by e-mailing LBragg@BandBCare.com. Services and staff are available twenty-four hours per day, seven days per week. The Administrator or designee will return your contact or request within one business day.
